The Wellness Center at St. Anthony Central Hospital provides access to exercise, education and preventive programs that can help you with your fitness and health goals. Whether you are seeking a community gym where you have access to equipment and classes or need a supervised exercise program that is individualized to your health condition, the Wellness Center can meet your needs.
The Wellness Center is located at St. Anthony Central Hospital in the southeast corner. Parking is convenienlty located at Quitman and Conejos. The Wellness Center offers shower and locker facilities for all of our members.
Hours are Monday through Thursday, 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Fridays, 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
